Questions about the X60T

Hi everyone! My first post here. I have a few questions about the X60T..

I was wondering if the extended battery on the back of an X60T is removable? I'm planning to buy this ultraportable and would like to know if you can actually take that from the back and save some depth. What is the actual size of the X60T without everything in the back?

I was wondering what is the difference between the XGA and SXGA+ versions of the X60T in terms of the touchscreen function?

3. Only XGA comes with MultiTouch (touchscreen via finger and pen), XGA also come without Mulltitouch but with digitizer pen ability (meaning you can write on screen with the pen only), SXGA+ only comes with digitizer pen ability.

yes, I also work sometimes without battery with my x61t to reduce the weight significantly (have only the protrudich 8 cell). Just be careful that power cord stays attached because otherwise you will loose all your unsaved data.

So basically, if you detach the battery, then there would be no power at all. Or are the 4 and 8 cell batteries optional? How long would it last without the battery (If ever the answer is YES to the first question)?

Is it the same case for the X41? Or does the X41 run without the extended battery?

no, there is no tablet on the market (TBOMK) that has power if battery is removed. Although this would be quite a good idea for hot swapping or working without battery but AC.

The battery is removable but there won't be any source of power unless you attach AC adapter or another type of battery.
