Presentation Director Application Error

I am having a preoblem with Presentation Director.
Everytime I start the application and close it or try to switch to a new profile, the "PDIRECT.exe" application generates an error (the Instructionand at address"...." could not be read") quits without applying any change or the selected profile.
I tried to re-install, downgrade, uninstall/erase any reference of this software from my HD/reinstall but nothing works!
(and yes I used Google and could not find any solution...
)
I have a X60 Tablet with SXGA+ display and WinXPPro
Anybody had the same problem and remember the solution?
