Vista Blue Screen crash, tries to fix but failed

My thinkpad x61s with Vista Ultimate occasionally crashes and Windows offers to find a solution. It always finds KB943899, which installed the first time, did NOT fix the problem, and it keeps recommending the same fix. When I try to install that fix (again) it says "This update does not apply to your system". I presume that's because it's already there. Gee, it applied the first time (: Was it too difficult for them to figure out "This update has already been installed."? Anyway, I'm still looking for a fix to the crash, which happens when I go into sleep mode - when I wake it up I find the system rebooted and offers KB943899 again. Otherwise Vista is ok.

yes: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... MIGR-67971

Anyway, doesn't system update check the drivers?

"System Update™ helps you reduce the time, effort, and expense required to support and maintain the latest drivers, BIOS, and other applications for Think or Lenovo systems. It enables you to get the latest updates from the Lenovo support site, or to automatically schedule your system to be updated"
