What is this update multi-touch driver?

I have been trying to install this with thinkvantage software update for a couple weeks now, but it won't take.

But, I see it on the lenovo website. What does it replace?

This package is for tablets with MultiTouch screen. They're shown to have fixed the following issues:
Summary of changes wrote:-(Fix) OS boot time is delayed 1 second, if MultiTouch driver is installed.
