Getting DLL error from CSS

Hi!

I don't want to uninstall CSS, but somehow it is getting into trouble now on my new Thinkpad 61t .

I get "This application has failed to start because xml4c_5_5.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

I'm new to Lenovo and not sure how to reinstall, but I'll dig around.
