InvisiShield for X6x Tablet - Any experience/feedback?

Does anyone have experience, positive or negative, with this product for use with your X60 or X61 tablet? I have the Lenovo tablet sleeve, but it has many shortcomings. The InvisiShield screen coating promises to protect against scratches and the such without the bulky and hard-to-insert sleeve. But does it decrease brightness? Does the (water-based) applicator fluid damage the screen, or void the warranty for the LCD? If the linked product is easy to apply and remove and is easily cleaned it would seem to be a nice and fairly reasonably priced solution, especially with the lifetime warranty.

Edit: Never mind... after digging through some reviews of the product and more thorough research it seems this thing isn't quite what it promises to be. Some photos of it on Mp3 players proves the point; if it looks that bad on a small LCD, it's not touching my X61T. The tablet sleeve does have the lifetime warranty as well and the replaceable writing surface detachment, and it encases and protects the laptop extremely well.

I have this on the back on my ipod. It does reduce the smoothness and has a slight friction to it. I imagine, i wouldnt want to use it on a tablet screen.

This plastic is the same one used to the protect the front of a car, also know as "invisible-bra" or something like that.

If you do get one, don't use the solution that comes with the package. Instead follow the instructions at bestskinsever, its the same product. Their instruction is to use baby shampoo and water solution.

I find the solution included in the invisible skin is too sticky and hard to work with, while the baby shampoo allow you to move it around before it sets into place.

I have this shield on my X60t and while it does a GREAT job in protecting it from any type of scratches, using the laptop in sunlight outdoors (for those with Multiview) does make it HIGHLY reflective due to its natural make.

However, for indoors use it is acceptable, and the protection it offers is worth the reflection tradeoff for me. The film has a lifetime warranty so when it gets some scratches after 1-2 years you send in for a new one, plus shipping.

Not a bad deal.

Check out: http://www.gottabemobile.com/Screen+Pro ... otecT.aspx
Looks like they bought 10 or so different screen protectors and are going through them all and rating their experience with them
This is only the first review.

Nice. Maybe there is a version of shield cover / plastic that is less glossy and has more of a buff / matte finish.
