Stylus disabled?

Using x6o and x61 tablets in conference rooms, and just had a report that one of the x60 tablets had a stylus that wouldn't work.

After a bit of checking - found it disabled under the device manager.
Re-enabling solved the problem, but any ideas how this would become disabled?
