Remove fingerprint acct

#1 Post by DougS » Sat Feb 23, 2008 12:35 am

After installing a local user account and enrolling fingerprint, determined the account should bee domain acct. Setup the domain acct and tried to enroll fingerprint. But of course this was denied because it was the same finger. So in user accounts, the local user was deleted. Then tried to enroll the domain user fingerprint. But it was still rejected as already enrolled, even though the user had been deleted. I have tried to find how to delete the enrolled fingerprint without success.

Can someone guide me on deleting the fingerprint that remains In The deleted user?

You can try going into bios. I remember seeing an option where it allows you to delete all figerprints that are logged in the system.
