4965AGN is not working on Vista 64

It seems like my 4965AGN card is not working on my X61s Vista 64 OS. I tried the lenovo drivers, intel drivers, and let the OS update to the latest but it says I already have the latest. Uninstall &reinstall, nothing works. The device manager icon just show a yellow sign with this error message:
"
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
"
Any ideas on a fix?, short of calling lenovo.

I have a 4965AGN card running fine in a T61 with Vista Ultimate x64.
Right now I need my X61 (with a 4965AGN card) to support a 3G WWAN Cardbus adpater which does not have x64 drivers, so I am running Vista Business x86 on that ThinkPad.
Cheers

Ditto. My T61p came with an Intel PRO/Wireless 4965AGN and Windows Vista Business x64 from the factory. I have zero problems with it.
Was your x64 install done at the factory or was a self-performed install?

It is Vista ultimate 64 self install.
So far, I'm still getting the same yellow exclamation mark in the device manager. Nothing is working. Does diabling Turbo Memory have anything to do with this error?

Make sure you've following two drivers installed from lenovo before installation of wireless drivers:
-System Interface Driver for Windows Vista ver. 1.00.0610 or higher.
-Power Management Driver ver. 1.41 or higher.

I have all the latest Lenovo drivers. I got off the phone with Lenov\IBM and they were not able to fix this problem. All they said was that they don't support the 64bit version of Vista enough though the driver says it is Vista 64bit. So now, I need to contact Intel to see if I can get extra help.
If any one here can send me their drivers or inf files, or any other ideas I would appreciate it.

Ok. I did my own fixed to the 4965AGN. Unbelievable and last resort solution
Vista64 install for my laptop.
1. Format and Reinstall Vista 64. Do no Windows updates afterwards.
2. Install Virusscan and Firewall.
3. Install Thinkvantage program.
4. Go to Thinkvantage and load the lenovo drivers for just the Lenovo System Interface Driver, Access Connections, Power Management Driver, Hotkey, and also the Lenovo provided patches to Vista 64. This get the required drivers installed before loading the 4965AGN drivers.
5. Now, install the drivers for 4965AGN. The card will now be recognized.
6. Then install all other remaining Lenovo drivers, mindful not to add bloatware.
7. Now go to Windows Update and loaded any required Windows patches.
8. Install your favorite applications
I think it's a matter of letting the lenovo drivers install first rather than let Windows Update load it's own driver which may not be working later.
Now... I can use my X61s in peace.
