X61 WWAN MC8775 1804 error eode

My X61 embeded WWAN MC8775 Card. I have flash the Firmware for Unlocking the Cingular Lock. After doing this, the 1804 error code displayed when X61 start. The Lenovo WWAN subsystem code missed. Who has the FRU 42T0933 or 42T0901 Firmware Which can help me resume the the WWAN card. Or Who can sovle the 1804 error code. Or how to rewrite the Lenovo WWAN card subsystem code? Thank U!
