Tablet users- disable trackpoint necessary?

#1 Post by Fortunate » Thu Mar 06, 2008 10:50 am

When in slate mode and using my pen, the back of the screen hits the trackpoint and causes the mouse to jump, Inking is interrupted. This happens all the time. I removed the eraser head on the trackpoint and the problem went away.

I am wondering if others have this issue?

Any ideas on how to automatically disable the trackpoint when in tablet/slate mode?

You can disable it from the Device Manager in Windows.
"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.
