Found this to be a great price for an 8 cell battery for the X61s. Obviously, it's not OEM.
Anyone have any experience with them?

Sometimes if something looks too good to be true, that's because it is. I would be a little wary, given the price.

The seller has good feedback, but organizes most sales privately. He offers a six-month warranty but doesn't state what it covers; I wouldn't expect the battery to damage your computer, but if it does, I don't think the seller will be of much help.

Do not ever buy battery from ebay unless all the battery explosion incidents in the past have not scared you enough.
