Wireless WAN Question.

Although my X61s model doesn't contain a Wireless WAN antenna, I still find a SIM card slot near the two DDR2 memory slots??

L7500(1.6GHz), 2GB RAM, 160GB 5400rpm HD, 12.1in 1024x768 LCD, Intel X3100, Intel 802.11agn wireless, Bluetooth, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, Intel Turbo Memory, 4c Li-Ion, WinVista Business 32.

As you can see no WWAN card included, but still there is a SIM card slot.

EDIT (Clarification due to comment below):
All the X60/s motherboards that have two mPCI- Express slots have the SIM card slot ... but not so for the X61/s motherboards, which can have two mPCI-Express slots without having a SIM card slot.

yes, the 9mm SSD fits in the X220

My laptop is X61s 7669-3KG and it has a SIM card slot.Although WWAN card is not included.
