Everything in the title ...

I often use my x61t in the dark and Laptop mode, and the Lack of think light is very disturbing for me !

The would be some phosphorescent stickers, so the letters could be seen in the dark ...

Does it exist ?

I put a tiny piece of black electrical tape across part of the top of the Thinklight to act as a hood. This keeps the light out of my eyes, but still illiminates the keyboard.

This made me think of when I went to high school (ages ago .. when dinosaurs roamed the earth).

I recall a class in physics regarding radiation when we were given a Geiger counter to play around with and measure radioactivity.

I remember that we used the Geiger counter on a watch that had dials with glow-in-the-dark paint. The Geiger counter indicated a significant increase in radioactivity, compared to the background radiation.

I sure hope that those fluorescent keys are safe ;-)

Those old watches used radium powder painted onto the watch face to achieve luminescence. It's not used anymore.

This only took one minute to find with Google:

http://www.glowing-keyboards.com/

edit: ACK!, never mind... they're "fluorescent" so they don't actually glow in the dark... the search continues.

edit2: Here's another company which makes glowing stickers for keycaps but no French layout: http://www.myglowkeys.com/ Their FAQ says that they can do custom layouts so that means extra $$$$ .

Not to change the subject, but that's an interesting story..
