X60 Tablet lower 1/3 screen jittering

Hi everyone,
today, the lower 1/3 of my X60 tablet screen started jittering
. I immediately shutdowned the machine. The jittering persisted after the first reboot but disappeared after the second reboot. Right now, the screen is fine for around 30 minutes.
I googled and found several similar cases. Some said that the jittering part would go black after a while. I could not find any related thread in the forum.
My X60T (6366-L6U) is one year old now. It has a SXGA+ disply, 2GB ram, the latest driver and Bios, and vista buz 32-bit SP1. I used the ultrabase frequently. I have 3 year depot coverage on it.
My questions are:
1. Does anybody know what causes the lower 1/3 screen jittering?
2. Shall I send this machine back to Lenovo now or wait to see whether the problem will resurface?
Thank you.
