Hello!

I have noticed last week two new updates for my Vista Ultimate:
Intel Mobile 965 Express Chipset (24/4/08)
Lenovo Input TrackPoint (24/4/08)

Both updates fail with error codes: 80200010 then 80070005 for 965 Express and 80070005 for TrackPoint.

Any ideas? Do you guys observe the same?

I must be out of luck as nobody else has this problem...

I wanted to report that the trackpoint driver update worked after I ran CCleaner. Reassuring...

The Intel 965 Chipset driver update still fails. I tried directly via the device manager, driver update which reports an error "Access is Denied".

I noticed a few posts with this sort of behavior on the web but couldn't draw any pattern yet.

Hope someone out there has an idea...

I saw those two updates as well. I'm installing all updates via the ThinkVantage System Update program right now. I'll let you know how it goes.
