Running Warm

I don't know if Im nit picking, but the bottom right hand corner of my laptop runs hot sometimes. It normally gets warm when I'm typing so its probably the casing absorbing my palm heat. However sometimes when I leave the laptop unattended with the ac plugged in, laptop lid closed, for several hours when I return that bottom right hand corner is extremely warm. I know I've gone long enough so that any residual heat from my hand should have dissipated, so I'm sure the heat is from something else. I don't understand what could be causing this heat when I'm not even utilizing the laptop.

Is there something wrong?

If you have X60 tablet, I can tell you this is from the wireless card in your laptop (if you have an IBM A/B/G card and not intel.) These wifi cards run especially warm for some reason and I notice it myself. If you have an X61 tablet or x60/61 regular, this may or may not be correct.

The one I saw ran hot too though it had the Intel card, but the heat was in the same place.

Its a x61t, and its just the normal wifi card that comes standard not upgraded. Its kinda of annoying and sometimes its pretty [censored] warm.
