HELPCENTER GONE...

I ran the system update program the other day and one of the updates was Help Center v2.00h which i duly accepted and installed to my X61.

Unfortunately, since the update I can no longer access the Help Center either via the Start menu or Thinkvantage Productivity Center.
Each time I click on either, the following message will appear:

WINDOWS CANNOT ACCESS \\INDEX.HTML\#
check the spelling of the name. Otherwise bla, bla bla....

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the HelpCenter but it didnt work.
Can someone help me on this please.... Thanks!
