Impressive customer service in X60 battery recall

I finally noticed the battery recall announcement in the forum. I found out that my battery is on the list, and submitted the request for a replacement battery online. This was last Friday, and today, I received a FedEx notice, basically on the next business day, that Lenovo has already shipped the unit with a 2-day delivery service. I must say I'm really impressed with the quick and response that I received. Kudos to Lenovo!
