thinkpad wireless n driver software 3+GB ????

doing some routine maintenance on my x60 vista ultimate laptop the other day using treeview, i found that the thinkpad wireless driver software was taking up more than 3 GB on disk?? is this really necessary for a driver to take up that much space?

Are you referring to Access Connections, or the driver for the wireless card itself?
