X61 - need help to dissassemble to replace fan and heat sink

My fan is in its last stages. Warranty is gone, and IBM wants $100, and worse, 2 days, to replace it. But they will sell me the fan for $30. I am looking for instructions on how to take it apart to get to the fan and heatsink (maybe they are separate so all i will replace is the fan?)
