Trying to Dual Use Parts X60/X61

I have an X60 and may pickup an X61 (maybe the "s" model) and wondered if the following parts were interchangable.

1. hard drives

2. ac adapter plug

3. X6 ultrabase

4. battery

Yes, yes, yes, and yes.

(Although, I don't think the small X61s/X60s prismatic battery can be used on the X61/X60 - the TABook says X60s only)
