Maximum RAM for x61?

I've only used 2008 x64, not x86. However, it's the same as comparing 2003 x64 and 2008 x64, as Windows XP x64 uses the 2003 x64 SP1 kernel (NT 5.2.3790). There is no 64-bit version of the XP kernel (NT 5.1.2600).
