I have an IBM Thinkpad X60s
Do I have an Express slot?
Also, are my USB ports 2.0?

You do not have an ExpressCard slot (if that's what you meant by "Express"). You have a PC Card slot (also known as PCMCIA), which has been replaced by ExpressCard in newer laptops.
Your USB ports are 2.0.
