Lenovo Access Connections Gadget won't start.

Lenovo Access Connections Gadget won't start.
Running Vista 64 on T60 with Access Connections. The Gadget that was installed with the latest AC update does not come up correctly after a restart. I have to remove it and then replace it for it to see the network.
