Weird Fan Sound with my X61s

My X61s fan is producing weird sounds when it starts running after this it just runs normal. Is this something that I have to worry about?
Is there any solution for this? Thanks in Advance.

where is the sound originating? can you describe the sound?

The sound sounds like cracking and its coming from the right side of the computer (i.e. cooling vent). The sound occurs only on the start after that the fan just keep on running smoothly

Should I worry about this issue or just ignore it??
