How does one keep a X61 Tablet Screen Clean? ¡Ay Dios Mio!

I've been using a flat paper towel dampened with warm water. Then I've used cloths dampened the same. Do you all hve any suggestions? I have a Multi-Touch XGA screen, but rarely use my fingers; only the pen. I apologize if this topic has been visited before.

I keep a small lens cloth with me.

it's a microfiber cloth that's about 5"x7" and sometimes place my palm on that cloth while writing.
It works out well.
