explain my CrystalMark score & what is max Mobo speed?

I got a score of

All . 5. 100MB, C:

Seq= 44.91, 45.56
512k= 19.03, 30.42
4k= .288, 1.164
Read MB/s. Write MB/s

Also what the the max MB/s speed on the Motherboard of the X61s? I am trying to go SSD but I keep getting different answers like 110 and 150...
Feb 2008=Thinkpad X61s; 2x faster than X40 but not as asthetic.
Dec 2005=Thinkpad X40; perfect, but bigger than 240x.
Jan 2005=Thinkpad 240x; used; fast but dead pixels doomed it.
2003=Thinkpad 240; used,
1998=new Toshiba Tecra 740CDT. Pricey, heavy & last 5 year.
