Turbo Memory on X61 Tablet working?

I long ago disabled Turbo Memory and Hybrid Sleep on my X61 Tablet, leading to substantially improved stability.

Does anyone know if this stuff has been fixed, or should I just leave it turned off?

Or to put it another way - is anyone using Turbo Memory and Hyrid Sleep without problems?

All I can tell you is I have been running it for some time on T61p with Vista and I have had no problems, but I also cannot detect any improvement in performance. I have drivers downloaded from Intel, rather than from IBM/Lenovo.
