x60s replacement motherboard - will any/all of these work?

Hi Everyone!
I've found many gems of wisdom in these forums, but never really had anything to contribute nor did I have a problem big enough to require asking about it until now. Well, here I am..:-/
Long story short, I have an x60s and I lost my power brick and bought a replacement from China off of ebay (I know- stupid, stupid, stupid.)..It arrived, I plugged it in and was off to the races for about 20 minutes.. made sure everything was doing what it should and powered it off to do a couple errands.. battery was low so I left it plugged in to charge.
Came back about 90 minutes later, pressed the power button and the magic smoke left my laptop through the fan opening. It fried one chip really bad.

The power brick was too hot to touch (burnt my fingers on the darn thing) and I've no doubt it would've melted and maybe even started a fire if left much longer.
My question is, will any of the FRUs listed at http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... 06.html#23
work in my x60s? or just specific ones? it's much easier to search for FRUs on ebay and not miss anything rather than "x60s motherboard" or just my "42T0019" if those others will also work...
best regards, mike
edit: forgot to mention that the power brick showed voltages all over the map when I plugged it in (outside:-) and tested it with the multimeter the next day. I'm guessing it's just a lenovo knock-off even though it really looks like legit IBM..even the sticker is perfect...I don't even know what I'm going to say to the seller..I know the best I'll get is "send it back at your expense and we'll refund your purchase price or replace it if we deem it faulty", and I don't want to get all angry when I email him..(which I probably would)
