Lowest cpu speed with an L7700 CPU???

Hey,

had a bit time and found out that the L7700 is able to have it lowest clock rate at 600Mhz @0,85V (6x multiplier)

The lowest cpu clock i can reach (with powermanger set to highest powersaving) is 800Mhz @ 0,96V. (8x multiplier)

is that normal?
is it possible that 600Mhz is C4-state/deepersleep or whatever it is called and my notebook never reaches it?
What tools can i use to check which C-state is used at the moment? everest doesnt show it.
what do i have to do to make it possible that my L7700 is going down to 600Mhz??

I believe that at 800 MHz FSB, 800MHZ is the slowest clock. What document makes you think it can run at 600MHz? This may be at a lower FSB.
