HSDPA x61s Part number?

Greetings Fellow IBM/Lenova users.

I am currently looking for a HSDAP (unlocked if possible) for my x61s.


I was looking at this one

Just one question

Lenovo IBM (Some models have a restriction in the BIOS for the modem module, please verify earlier in the specifications of the laptop.)
Thinkpad R60, T60, T60p, T60s
X60, X60s, X61s
Z60m, Z60t, Z61e, Z61m, Z61p, Z61t

Does anyone know what BIOS verison supports such a card?

No version of the standard factory BIOS supports that card. The only HSDPA card supported by the standard BIOS on the X61s is the Lenovo-branded Sierra Wireless MC8775.

There are 2 Lenovo versions of the MC8775. The unlocked version is Lenovo FRU #42T0931.

For any other HSDPA card, you will need a modified BIOS.

im using the f3507g from ericsson lenovo branded, working perfectly in germany!!!

read this complete for further informations also bout using this card in uk, ull find the partnumber in there too

Same part number F3507g, but will it work ok with the IBM's as its branded as 'Dell'?
