Getting parts in the UK

Does anyone know if IBM sells parts to individuals where the maintenance manual says not for customers to replace.
Basically I'm after a replacement for my mobile antenna (built into the side of my X61 screen) and does anyone know if part number 93P4310 - WAN antenna cable set for Sierra Wireless MC8755 PCI Express MiniCard (SPWG) - includes part number 42X3939 - Rod antenna with special tool - or would I need to get both parts ?
If anyone knows of cheap places that post to the UK, I'm happy ordering from the USA etc if I can't get them locally.

IBM will sell you any part that you are willing to pay for. Generally speaking if part or FRU numbers are listed seperately in the same parts page or manual then they do not come together, as in a kit.
