Recovery Media

#1 Post by fitch401 » Fri Sep 25, 2009 8:31 pm

I'm trying to create a recovery disk to reinstall my system to its factory state. When I try to bring up the program I get an error.."The parameter is incorrect". Any ideas as to what this means?

thank you for your assistance.

sounds like you may have a corrupted/missing recovery partition. If you have the CD's use them, you may be able to create a set from your current build, if not call tech support and they should may send you a set if the machine is under warranty.
