X61s Blootooth and Fingerprint reader disapears with SP2?

Good evening,
after searching everywhere for information on how to solve this problem ive run out of idea and decided its about time i ask for help
My X61s is running Vista Business and after updating to service pack 2 my fingerprint reader and bluetooth device suddenly stopped working. I have tried searching the web for someone with similar problems but only found that i could update my fingerprint driver, which i did but it did not change anything.
It is very weird because they are missing completely from the device manager making it near impossible to troubleshoot.
I checked the bios, they are both enabled... and the radio hardware switch is turned on as well as the bluetooth led is lighting up
So i ask, do anyone have an idea to what might have gone wrong? And even better how i might fix it?
