Photoshop CS4 Pen Pressure

#1 Post by amujee » Tue Nov 03, 2009 1:29 pm

Hello.

I think this topic has been discussed before, but I didn't find any concrete answers.
I just installed Photoshop CS4 Extended on my X61 Tablet running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
I've done the most recent updates to CS4 and Windows 7.

Pressure sensitivity works in Journal and OneNote, but I can't get it to work in CS4.
There is a little yellow triangle next the "Pen Pressure" option in CS4.

I've already tried the Wacom drivers and it's the same thing.

Anyone have a solution? I couldn't find any solutions on the Adobe forum.

Thanks.

amujee:

Sorry that I can't research this for you right now, but I believe the topic did come up on GottaBeMobile.com recently. You may want to search their forum for "Pressure Sensitivity" or "Photoshop" to find posts on the topic.

One peculiarity of the GottaBeMobile forum - when searching you need to choose "Advanced Search" in order to change the search range, which is set to only 6 months by default. Otherwise, many of your searches may turn up empty.
