Can't get X61 BIOS upgrade in ISO form

Just been notified via RSS that there's a BIOS upgrade for my X61 tablet.

Clicked the link to the Lenovo support page and see that since I've already installed Windows 7 I need to use the bootable CD ISO format BIOS upgrade.

So I click the link to the ISO download, wait... and wait... for the Terms and Agreements page to load until I get to click I Agree, then click Save File on the "Opening 7nuj21uc.iso" page - and nothing happens.

How do I upgrade the BIOS on this unit with Windows 7 already installed?
