Touch-up Paint?

My poor x60s is suffering the effects of being carried in my purse everyday - the paint on the corners is wearing away revealing the greyish plastic underneath.

Does anyone know of any type of paint that would work? I tried a Sharpie but it rubs off too easily.

I'm not aware of any suitable paint or surface restoration technique, although there may be one. I find the same thing happens to me even though I'm very picky and use well designed, padded, laptop cases designed for maximum protection. It seems like the newer ThinkPads of the last three years, do have a softer finish which wears off the corners quite quickly.

The more recent thinkpads do have paint that rubs off more easily.

Compare to my old T43, my T60p and X60t looks distinctly scuffed event thought I handle them the same way.

Touch up paint would be nice. :)
