Touchchip Fingerprint Error during Undock

#1 Post by fvaldiv » Sat Apr 03, 2010 12:05 pm

I just purchased a Lenovo Keyboard with the fingerprint reader, Model #KUF0452, and whenever I try to Undock my x61 from the ultrabase I receive an error message that says "Touchchip fingerprint coprocessor cannot be stopped" and it would let my Undock. I have to shutdown the laptop in order to remove the laptop from the Ultrabase.

Anyone else have this problem?

Can you try to plug the keyboard indo a USB port on the laptop itself? (not into the dock)
