My x61's palmrest if on dock is very hot, so i started to use external keyboard and avoid this problem. But since the hotter days are here i noticed the power failure.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zfqSKc7fD4 (i don't have any video editing tool installed so please just check last 15 seconds)
Video is taken on docking station, but i get same result if i don't use docking station.
When i undock x61s the moment after this happens there two areas are VERY hot, can't hold a finger for more then 1 second on them http://www.shrani.si/f/3U/yv/1ZJGSaNG/tmp62c8.png (but i noticed that even when i don't play games and never experienced power off)
When i boot back on, TPFC shows cca 75°C for cpu and 70 °C for gpu, other temps are around 60°C.

I don't play video games so i didn't notice this earlier (or maybe in the winter there was some °C lower and x61 cooled better). Actually i wouldn't mind if that would happen only if playing games but right now i was watching football and reading some power point presentation and it went off.

I'm starting to worrie that my x61 will cook itself..

It is a 7666-A8G, with 500gb scorpioblue hard drive and 4gigs of ram...

It it still in the warranty but right now i have a lot of exams and i need a computer...

Any suggestions how to cool it down?

edit:
Changed on win7 basic theme, put it out of dock, set the TPFC fan mode on 64... its cca 60 degrees now, which is pretty normal...
