List of compatible WWAN cards for X61 + Zender BIOS + Win7?

Greetings!
I've just upgraded to Zender BIOS 2.21 for X61 and I'll like to install a WWAN card to my thinkpad. But I've learnt that not all WWAN cards are fully compatible with this patched BIOS.
Full compatibility in the sense that it's will work with access connections, hardware switch, fn+F5 key and does not requires pin20 to be taped with Windows 7. I'm after a WWAN card that support HSPA/HSPA+ 7.2/20mbps download + GPS. So if you had gotten your WWAN working beautifully in your X61, please post the model of the WWAN that is installed in your machine.
