Which x60s/x61s came with 1.8 hard drives?

I just read a post saying that some x60s/x61s came with a 1.8 hard drive? Which ones were they?

But they'd use a bracket to fit the 2.5" bay and you'd be able to upgrade to a 2.5" drive?

From the HMM looks like it, yes.

Also, it appears these 4200RPM PATA drives were used only in a select few Japanese models.
