Default fan rpm?

X60/X61 series specific matters only.

Default fan rpm?

Changed cooling sink paste to AS5, and also cleaned the fan, and noticed that in NHC fan level 1, rpm changed from 3000 to 3600, probably from removed dust and dirt. Is the lowest speed 3600?

Oh, and the machine is X60.
T40 -> T40 -> T40 -> T41 -> X40 -> X41 -> T40 -> X60 -> X30 -> R40 -> T61
