possible to make an SXGA+ screen to be touch enabled?

I am not an LCD expert and was wondering if this was possible by changing/swapping some parts.
Current: X61t (7767-96U, SXGA+) AND T60p 15in w/ Flexview (2623DDU, refurbished)
X60t (6366AJU, SXGA+)
X200t
IBM T40
IBM X24

Everything is possible, but not with off the shelf parts for sure. Heavy modification would be needed.
