volume control buttons working incorrectly

hello,

after ThinkVantage toolbox updated on Thursday the volume control buttons work incorrectly: mute button doesn't work and up-down volume buttons change volume level by 2 digits (0-2-4-6-4-2-0) which is inconvenient (i need the mute button and the level of comfort volume is 1).

how can i make the buttons work correctly again?
