X61S powers fine on battery but does not power on AC

Today my X61S quit running on AC. It was running and charging battery, and then I noticed the green "AC" icon was off.
Now it powers up normally on battery, but does not power up on AC. It does not power up on AC when docked to Ultrabase or connected directly. Of course I tried another AC supply without success. Green "AC" icon is always off.
Is schematic available? Locate and check fuses? Motherboard repair service available? Thanks in advance...

Thanks! X61S fuses are not quite the same as X60. All the fuses in the area of the power circuitry, the 7A and two 10A as well as a couple others, are all good.
This morning's observation: if I boot on battery, start power manager, and then connect AC, the battery voltage reads high, 17.2V and current 3+ amperes. Unplug AC quick! and machine crashes and blackscreens instantly. Reboots on battery OK.
I tried disconnecting backup battery as well as main battery, but found I did not keep it disconnected long enough for the clock to die.
Is there someone here who can fix it? Or wants it for parts? Or can supply a good motherboard? It's all good except motherboard I guess, 7668-CTO, Ultralight, 2 newer batteries, X6/CDRW/DVDROM, 60GB, 2.5GB, bought new 7/07, have build list on side of carton.

If it doesn't work in the dock or out of the dock, it is unlikely to be a fuse because the power connections go through different paths. Repair economics are difficult on that model. Most of them sell for under $300 and it is hard to find a motherboard. I just checked, and the cheapest one I could find was $175. I do some board repairs, but that one sounds "unlikely". I am interested in it for parts or can fix it, but as I said, repair economics are questionable. Send me a pm if interested.

Sell your unit for parts.
Pick up an incomplete but working unit off eBay (say missing a battery and hard drive) for around $150, swap your mobo out, and sell a non-working unit with the dead mobo for parts.
You can make it work almost for free
