X60s--Updating SD Card Reader

Is there a way to update/replace the SD card reader in my X60s so that it will read the new SD-HC cards?

I have not tried it myself, but supposedly Microsoft's Hotfix KB934428 will allow XP to recognize SDHC cards.

To be safe, I would create a restore point so that you can roll back if it doesn't work or if it creates some problems.
