My X61s doesn't read 4G SDHD SanDisk card

Is it normal? I tried to insert 2G - it's OK

If you are running Windows XP you may need to install an OS hot patch...... have a look on the Microsoft web site.

Probably thinking of 934428.
That should only be required for SP2 though; if you have SP3 you shouldn't need it.

I use XP SP3. So I couldn't install Hotfix from MS

I've patched SD reader by RICOH_SDHC_E1003075 and it can read SDHD card

. But still cann't read microSD card

Did the microSD-to-SD adapter come with that card? I believe I've read that some older adapters might not be able to handle SDHC cards.

Yes, microSD-to-SD adapter comes with that card. But laptop doesn't recognize it

I was able to use an 8GB Adata micro-SDHC card (from my Blackberry) in my X61 so it should work.
Have you verified the card works in another system?
