Flash utility PH161700.EXE (only needed if you use the ISO image):

UNetbootin (only needed if you use the ISO image):
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/unetb ... latest.exe
Procedure for creating a USB disk from the ISO image:
1. Use 7-zip to extract the ISO image.
2. Use UNetbootin to write the ISO image to the USB disk.
3. Copy the flash utility to the USB disk.
4. Use UNetbootin to write the [BOOT]\Bootable_1.44M.img file to the USB disk.
5. Reboot, press F12, boot from USB disk.
6. Goto C:\, run F.bat
P.S. There is another modified BIOS which includes support for Dual-IDA, SATA II and SLIC at http://forum.notebookreview.com/lenovo- ... ost7480413, haven't tried it myself through since I'm using a spindling drive so enabling SATA II probably wouldn't make much of a difference, and I've heard there could be stability issue, especially if you use the dock's drive bay.
