Right clicking with pen

Running Win 7 x64 on x61t. Under Control Panel, Pen and Touch, have enabled 'use the pen button as a right-click equivalent.' When I click the pen's button, I get a circle (donut) appear, and not the right-click. I have not downloaded any drivers outside of what appears in Windows Update, must I download some drivers direct from Lenovo?
